About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Capital Projects Manager to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a key member of our engineering and operations team, you will be responsible for managing the development and execution of capital projects, ensuring they meet the highest levels of quality, safety, and environmental requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute capital project plans, budgets, and schedules
  • Lead technical development and feasibility studies for engineering-related activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
  • Manage engineering resources and people development needs
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent
  • Significant experience in engineering and operations, project management, and technical expertise
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Fluency with computer applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, and project management software
