We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Manager - Production and Operations to join our team at VIEWMAX WINDOWS AND DOORS LTD.

This is a permanent, full-time position offering a competitive salary of $120,000 per year, plus benefits.

About the Role:

In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing financial controls, and formulating policies and programs to drive organizational success. You will also oversee the work of regions, divisions, or departments, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

You will select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate authority, and create optimum working conditions. Additionally, you will represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, providing strategic guidance and direction.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal awareness, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning.
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • MS Office proficiency.
