As Chief Academic Director, you will be responsible for creating and implementing curricular policies and procedures that align with our innovative, Canadian methodology.

Pacifica Continental is a worldwide education organization with a presence in over 30 countries, operating 553 bilingual schools that offer a unique educational experience.
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in the education industry, preferably with a focus on bilingual education, and a proven track record of team management and leadership.
Additionally, the successful candidate will have experience working with schools at various levels, including pre, middle, and high school, and hold a PhD in education or a related field.
We are looking for a collaborative leader who can establish standards for new schools and drive curricular innovation, while also managing a team of educators and supporting their professional development.
