About the Role

Raffi Jewellers, a leading luxury retailer, is seeking a highly skilled Sales Lead to join our team at the Tudor Boutique. As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the store, assisting with administrative duties, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Leadership
    • Actively engage with customers to conduct sales transactions, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
    • Maintain and transfer knowledge to clients about the brand's heritage, collection, features, and key attributes.
    • Lead training sessions and coach sales associates on the store floor, promoting a collaborative and open-ended approach.
    • Educate sales team on product introductions, technical complications, and aesthetic features, ensuring they are knowledgeable about the brand's offerings.
    • Work with management to evaluate areas of improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience.
    • Ensure the visual presentation of the watches aligns with the luxury image of the brand.
    • Lead as a mentor to the Sales Team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
    • Participate in store events and contribute to the development of a learning environment.
  • Administrative & Operational Duties
    • Ensure all customer complaints are resolved promptly and to the best possible satisfaction.
    • Work as a team member to maintain a clean and tidy store, adhering to all housekeeping duties.
    • Maintain clear communications with management and sales team members.
    • Conduct daily stock counts, reporting discrepancies and problems to management.
    • Responsible for opening and closing the store with keyholders, adhering to established security procedures.
    • Direct sales professionals to display merchandise in assigned cases or windows.
    • Conduct inventory counts and report to management.
    • Monitor shipping and receiving logs.
  • After-care Service
    • Apply client experience guidelines and technical expertise to share recommendations with clients about service and product sales.
    • Monitor workflow of timelines, quotes, decline or approvals.
    • Assist management with the after-sales process, ensuring all watches meet company brand standards.
    • Ensure team members are responsible for keeping the service desk organized and accountable for tools and parts on hand.
    Requirements
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
    • Strong knowledge of luxury watches and brands.
    • Experience in sales leadership and customer service.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
