Job Title: Food Store Supervisor - Inventory Management
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Store Supervisor to join our team at North Star Subs Inc. As a Food Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food store, including inventory management, staff supervision, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts
- Supervise and train sales staff to provide excellent customer service
- Monitor sales volumes and merchandising activities
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages
- Organize and maintain inventory storage areas
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of retail experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
