Food Store Manager

North Star Subs Inc is seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our food store.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3-4 sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and efficient store operations.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and minimizing waste.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or food service environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a focus on customer satisfaction.
