We're seeking a highly motivated and dynamic E-commerce Brand Merchandising Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sustainability and looking to grow their skills in content development and styling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute merchandising strategies for our product lines, ensuring accurate, up-to-date, and optimized product listings.
  • Take high-quality product photos for online listings, maintaining visual consistency.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling product descriptions and visuals for online platforms.
  • Assist in addressing customer inquiries and handling returns or issues related to marketplace transactions.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer preferences.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to optimize product placement and promotional efforts.
  • Help coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional events.
  • Provide administrative support to the merchandising team as needed.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field, or recent graduate with relevant coursework.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with marketplace platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and e-commerce operations. Experience with data analysis tools or content management systems is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
