Job Title: Insurance Sales and Service Representative - Mandarin/English

About Us: We are a leading insurance agency looking for a highly motivated and sales-oriented individual to join our team. As a representative, you will play a key role in building strong relationships with our clients and increasing our professional reputation.

Responsibilities:
  • You will establish personalized telephone contact with clients, creating a climate of trust conducive to the sale of life and living benefits insurance products.
  • You will educate and advise clients on our products while adhering to our company's underwriting standards.
  • You will seize all sales opportunities, solicitation, and product offers.
  • You will work with our agents to establish and meet marketing goals.

Requirements:
  • Sales experience is preferred.
  • A successful track record of meeting sales goals is required.
  • You must be self-motivated and able to relate to customers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • You must have a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each day.
  • You should be organized, with the ability to problem solve.
  • Ability to work as a team and attend to detail is necessary.
  • You should have a strong understanding of social media and technology.
  • Leadership skills and motivation are important.

Qualifications:
  • You must hold a Life and Health license (LLQP).
  • A college diploma in a related field is required.
  • You should have 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Previous insurance experience in various fields such as underwriting, claims, sales, or service would be an asset.
  • You must be fluent in both Mandarin and English and have Permanent Residence Status.

Salary: The estimated salary for this position is $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience.
