Director, Regulatory Risk

The Director of Regulatory Risk and Change Management will lead the end-to-end regulatory requirement process, ensuring compliance with evolving requirements. This role is critical in maintaining robust governance and risk management practices.

As a key member of the team, you will oversee horizon scanning, impact assessments, and the creation of control procedures in Archer. You will document and report on legislative change items in a centralized manner, providing evidence of Line 1 challenge.

This position requires strong negotiation and influencing skills to manage national/global regulatory impacts. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years in compliance or a related field, with experience using MS tools/software and Archer regulatory compliance software.

We are seeking a highly skilled individual with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related discipline/College Diploma in Business Administration. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential for this role.
