Job Summary

We are seeking a visionary leader to join our team as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). As CEO, you will lead the Senior Leadership Team, providing inspirational leadership to effectively navigate the rapidly evolving healthcare landscape and position the organization to thrive. You will be responsible for the overall operations and financial management of the organization, ensuring the highest quality of care is delivered to patients and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Senior Leadership Team to achieve strategic objectives and drive organizational growth
  • Develop and implement effective operational and financial plans to ensure the organization's sustainability
  • Collaborate with the Board of Directors to set strategic direction and ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Foster a culture of patient-centered care, quality, and safety
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, families, healthcare providers, and community partners
