Brandt Group of Companies is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Director of Ecommerce. This position will be based in our Regina, SK location and will report to the Vice President of Customer Experience.

This leadership role will be responsible for developing and executing the ecommerce strategy, driving online revenue and profitability, and optimizing the customer experience. The Director of Ecommerce will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure that our ecommerce business is aligned with our overall business objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess a high degree of business acumen, strong technical competence, and excellent organizational and people skills. They will be responsible for managing the revenue, expenses, and profitability of Brandt's online business, as well as developing and implementing a comprehensive ecommerce strategy to drive revenue growth and profitability.

The Director of Ecommerce will oversee the day-to-day management of the ecommerce platform, including site updates, promotions, and customer service. They will also be responsible for building and leading a high-performing ecommerce team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

The Director of Ecommerce will be the primary point of contact, primary administrator, and internal expert on our ecommerce strategy and systems. They will optimize the customer journey and user experience to improve conversion rates, average order value, and customer lifetime value.

The Director of Ecommerce will collaborate with the marketing team to drive traffic and conversion through paid and organic channels. They will also manage relationships with third-party vendors and partners to ensure smooth operation of the ecommerce business.

The Director of Ecommerce will integrate and reinforce data-driven decision making, ensuring that our ecommerce business is aligned with our overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute the ecommerce strategy to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  2. Manage the revenue, expenses, and profitability of Brandt's online business.
  3. Oversee the day-to-day management of the ecommerce platform, including site updates, promotions, and customer service.
  4. Build and lead a high-performing ecommerce team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  5. Optimize the customer journey and user experience to improve conversion rates, average order value, and customer lifetime value.
