Ecommerce Director

Brandt is seeking to appoint a Director of Ecommerce to oversee our digital sales initiatives.
This role will report directly to the Vice President of Customer Experience and will be pivotal in expanding our online sales channel. The successful candidate will be tasked with crafting and executing a comprehensive ecommerce strategy aimed at enhancing online revenue and profitability while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
The position demands a blend of strong business insight and technical expertise, alongside exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the financial performance, including revenue, costs, and profitability of Brandt's online operations.
- Formulate and implement a robust ecommerce strategy that aligns with the company's overarching business goals and drives revenue growth.
- Manage the daily operations of the ecommerce platform, including website updates, promotional activities, and customer support.
- Build and lead a high-performing ecommerce team, promoting a culture of teamwork, innovation, and ongoing improvement.
- Act as the primary point of contact and internal authority on ecommerce strategies and systems.
- Enhance the customer journey and user experience to boost conversion rates, average order value, and customer lifetime value.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to increase traffic and conversion through both paid and organic channels.
- Maintain relationships with third-party vendors and partners to ensure the seamless operation of the ecommerce business.
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making processes.

Required Experience:

- Extensive experience in managing a large-scale ecommerce platform, leading to increased customer lifetime value and revenue growth for the organization.
