Key Responsibilities:- Financial Management: Oversee the revenue, expenses, and profitability of the online sales division.
- Strategic Development: Formulate and implement a robust ecommerce strategy that aligns with the overall business objectives to drive growth.
- Operational Oversight: Manage the daily operations of the ecommerce platform, including website updates, promotional activities, and customer support.
- Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing ecommerce team, promoting a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Expertise in Ecommerce: Serve as the primary authority on ecommerce strategies and systems within the organization.
- Customer Experience Optimization: Enhance the customer journey and user experience to boost conversion rates and customer value.
- Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing department to increase traffic and conversion through various channels.
- Vendor Management: Maintain relationships with third-party service providers to ensure seamless ecommerce operations.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Foster a culture of utilizing data analytics to inform business strategies.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ecommerce, ideally in a senior leadership capacity.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale ecommerce platforms that enhance customer lifetime value and revenue.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Experience in leveraging data to drive informed business decisions.
