Store Operations Manager

Tirecraft, a proudly Canadian-owned and operated expert in tires and automotive services, is seeking a skilled Assistant Store Manager to lead a high-performing team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, optimizing operations, and ensuring top-notch service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement customer service strategies, ensuring seamless interactions with customers and service technicians.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including sales and service at the front counter, to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Assist in developing the store's annual business plan, focusing on sales and service margins, expenses, and profit targets.
- Work closely with Service Advisors to facilitate sales and service, ensuring a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring safe and organized storage, and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct annual performance reviews with direct reports, providing constructive feedback and coaching for growth.
- Stay up-to-date with sales and product training to ensure market knowledge and adaptability.
- Previous leadership experience in a retail tire or automotive industry setting.
- Computer literacy with basic accounting knowledge.
- Proven ability to grow business revenues and profits.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to provide guidance and support to team members.
