Store Operations Manager

Tirecraft, a proudly Canadian-owned and operated expert in tires and automotive services, is seeking a skilled Store Operations Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business success. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, developing and implementing customer service guidelines, and working closely with Service Advisors to optimize sales and service at the front counter.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement customer service strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including inventory management and team training
- Work closely with Service Advisors to optimize sales and service at the front counter
- Manage "service call" telephone requests and dispatch Service Technicians accordingly
- Conduct annual performance reviews with direct reports and provide coaching and development opportunities
- Previous experience in a leadership position, preferably in the retail tire/automotive industry
- Proven ability to grow business revenues and profits
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to provide support and guidance for team members
