Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our Pandora team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and driving sales growth in our store.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement.
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Collaborate with the divisional sales manager and human resources team to identify and resolve performance issues and policy violations.
- Utilize your business acumen and analytical thinking to drive positive results and achieve commercial targets.
- Recruit, retain, and develop exceptional teams, with a focus on succession planning and internal mobility.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the store remains competitive and aligned with company goals.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance selling environment.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving commercial targets.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong business acumen and analytical thinking, with the ability to drive positive results.
- Knowledge of general computer software and retail point of sale systems.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
