Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Operations Manager to join our team at Spicecraft Limited. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Supervise and Coordinate StaffLead and direct the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, providing guidance and support as needed.
Train and Develop StaffTrain staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
Manage Budget and ResourcesPrepare and manage budgets, cost estimates, and other financial reports to ensure the efficient operation of the food service department.
Provide Excellent Customer ServiceAddress customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive experience for all patrons.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
ExperienceAt least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
LanguageFluency in English is required.
Work ScheduleA 32 to 40 hour workweek is standard.
