Microbiological Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Microbiological Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at 3A Management Corp.

The ideal candidate will have a college diploma or equivalent in a related field and experience in a laboratory setting. As a Quality Control Microbiologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the analysis of data, preparing reports, and developing programs for sampling and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the analysis of data and preparation of reports
  • Develop and conduct programs of sampling and analysis
  • Conduct safety training programs
  • Assist in developing programs of sampling and analysis to maintain quality standards
  • Assist in development of standards, health and safety measures
  • Compile records for analytical studies

  • Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees
  • Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth

  • Provides diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for members of visible minorities
