Job Title: Cloud Solutions Team Lead

Lenovo is seeking an experienced sales executive to join our Cloud Software Sales Organization. As a Cloud Solutions Team Lead, you will be responsible for building and training a team to engage new customer accounts, uncover their needs, and guide them through the buying process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in building team and leading sales training efforts as it pertains to Igel and products that support our Igel sales motion.
  • Build relationships with Lenovo hardware sales leadership to penetrate accounts where there is a software component of the sale, or where new software sales opportunities exist.
  • Develop expertise in Igel software solutions to effectively manage larger opportunities with your team while managing resources from smaller and/or transactional opportunities.
  • Manage all aspects of the sales cycle across Igel pipeline and build accurate forecasting methodology.
  • Prioritize workload to meet all KPI's, goals, and sales objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree or commensurate experience.
  • Experience presenting and demonstrating Igel and thin client hardware/software solutions to customers, IT staff, and senior management with a demonstrable track record of closing large opportunities.
  • Demonstrated success building process to improve all stages of the sales funnel from prospecting to closing.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of proven, sales experience in software sales role focused on selling thin client and cloud-based software solutions in the VDI space.
  • Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills (English).
  • Self-directed with a track record or meeting or exceeding assigned team quotas.

The base salary budgeted range for this position is $110,000 - 135,000. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission. Lenovo's various benefits can be found on our website.
