Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to ensure profitability and make informed decisions about menu pricing, inventory, and labor costs.
  • Operations Planning: Plan and organize daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure they are providing excellent customer service and meeting performance expectations.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and that their concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the restaurant is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Language: English.
