Job Title: Pharmacy Supply Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Supply Assistant to join our team at HEALTHCARE PHARMACY.

Job Summary:

The Pharmacy Supply Assistant will be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, preparing and maintaining equipment and supplies, and performing general clerical duties. Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels of medications and prescription records
  • Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies
  • Perform general clerical duties, including data entry and filing
  • Assist health care professionals with scheduling and workflow
  • Order supplies and equipment as needed
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a pharmacy or related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
Work Environment:

The Pharmacy Supply Assistant will work in a fast-paced pharmacy environment, interacting with patients, healthcare professionals, and other staff members. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
