Job Title: Automotive Fixed Ops Software Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Fixed Ops Software Trainer to join our team at PBS Systems. As a key member of our Dealer Management System (DMS) team, you will be responsible for providing training and support to our customers on our Service module software.

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of our software and the ability to communicate complex concepts to our customers. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored training and support to ensure they get the most out of our software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide training and support to customers on our Service module software
  • Develop and deliver training materials and presentations
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored training and support
  • Collaborate with our internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of our software
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest features and functionality of our software
Requirements:
  • Experience in the service area of a dealership or a similar industry
  • 1-2 years' previous experience in the automotive industry, dealership environment or PBS is preferred
  • High School Diploma
  • Computer proficient with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong problem-solving & trouble-shooting skills
  • Effective time management & organizational skills
  • Strong multi-tasking & prioritization
  • Strong documentation abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing)
