Employer Brand Designer

We're seeking a talented Designer to join our team at President's Choice Financial. As an Employer Brand Designer, you'll play a key role in developing and executing our employer brand strategy, creating engaging content that showcases our company culture and values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement employer brand design strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives
  • Create visually appealing and effective designs for social media, marketing materials, and other channels
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on business requirements and ensure timely project delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in employer branding and social media
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our company culture and values, and incorporate them into all design work
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in brand design and social media
  • Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
  • Impeccable taste, craftsmanship, and attention to detail
  • Proactive problem solver with a collaborative spirit
