Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Signet Jewelers Limited. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing the skills of our retail associates.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Performance: Assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on individual and team members' standards achievement to attain sales and profit projections.
- Team Development: Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation.
- Operational Excellence: Follow and enforce all Company policies and procedures, and perform other operational and strategic duties.
- Experience: At least one year of retail experience is required, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware.
- Communication Skills: Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
- Availability: Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.
The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
