Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Chef de Cuisine to join our team at Neon Commissary. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our guests.
Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory.
- Develop and implement new cooking techniques and equipment training for kitchen staff.
- Supervise and train specialist chefs, chefs, cooks, and other kitchen workers to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
- Plan and prepare complete meals and specialty foods for events, such as banquets.
- Supervise and train cooks and other kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs to ensure optimal kitchen performance.
- Develop and implement menus that meet quality standards and ensure food safety.
- Train staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling to maintain high standards of food safety and quality.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
