Job Title: Liquor Store Supervisor

BC Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our liquor store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
  • Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business objectives
  • Authorize payments, order merchandise, and manage inventory
  • Establish work schedules and ensure efficient store operations
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
  • Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a retail or liquor store environment
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle heavy loads, and maintain attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
