Job Description

Alert Labs is seeking a skilled Electronics Assembly Technician to join our Manufacturing assembly team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for assembling products and providing first-level debug and repair support for manufacturing line fallout and field returns.

This role requires a strong background in electronics and experience in product assembly, debug, and repair. You will work independently as well as within a small team, utilizing your organizational and motivational skills to drive results. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a technical role within an electronics manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform first-level debug and repair of manufacturing line fallout
  • Analyze and resolve field returns, coordinating with US-based third-party vendors as needed
  • Support production lines with basic technical expertise for equipment and applications
  • Project manage tasks such as product reworks, coordination of smaller manufacturing-related projects
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A post-secondary education with an electronics focus
  • Previous electronic product debug and repair experience, including PCB level solder skills
  • Excellent initiative, attention to detail, and communication skills
Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on location and experience.
