This might include responding to unscheduled and urgent requests from customers. Typically, time-off-in-lieu will be offered for these additional hours; however, overtime will be offered when there are significant time pressures.
They will spend a large portion of their time soldering which will include working with leaded and unleaded solder, flux, and cleaning chemicals. Additionally, some of the work may need to be completed under a microscope or magnifying lens.
