Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Shift Manager to join our team at Burger King. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock, to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Train and develop staff members, providing guidance and support to help them improve their skills and performance.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, ensuring that all dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
