About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at McDonald's. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Crew members and ensuring that our restaurant operates efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of Crew members to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Manage and maintain a safe, secure, and sanitary environment for guests, team members, and yourself
