Job Title: Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Burger King. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet customer demand.
  • Train and develop our staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service and to prepare high-quality food.
  • Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of our restaurant, ensuring that it meets our high standards of quality and safety.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service or hospitality environment.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to multitask.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
