Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Supervisor to join our team at NATIONAL SECURITY GUARD PROTECTION SERVICES INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the smooth execution of security protocols, and providing guidance and support to junior staff members.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of our clients and their assets.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff members on security procedures and protocols.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Monitor and report on security incidents and trends, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a security-related role.
- Security Guard License.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Permanent position.
- 30 to 40 hours per week.
- English language.
