Neighbourly Pharmacy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced pharmacy manager to lead our team at the Goldstream Guardian Pharmacy in Victoria, BC.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the pharmacy, ensuring a high level of professionalism through consistent and thorough patient care
- Supervise and provide direction to staff, taking accountability for the financial and operational success of the pharmacy
- Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration among staff members
- Ensure compliance with federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations, policies, and procedures, as well as accrediting body standards
- Pursue continuous professional development to stay current on the latest advances in the pharmacy industry
- Deliver high-quality pharmaceutical and clinical services, including patient counseling and collaboration with other healthcare professionals
- Facilitate regular team meetings to communicate and implement new or existing policies and procedures
- Perform performance assessments (probationary, annually) and contribute to the training and orientation of new employees
- Cultivate strong relationships with the front store team to identify patient care opportunities and improve processes
- Actively seek out innovative ways to enhance patient experience and operational efficiency
- Manage profit and loss statements, striving to achieve target metrics (including labour, inventory, and expense control)
Requirements:
- Licensed and in good standing with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia
- Minimum 1 year of prior experience as a pharmacy manager (preferred)
- OAT certification
- Licensed to Administer Medications by Injection (required)
