Strategic Sales Recruitment Consultant

About the Role
Randstad Canada is seeking an experienced Sales Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Halifax. As a key member of our recruiting team, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and developing new business opportunities with clients, as well as sourcing and interviewing candidates for our staffing division.
As a successful Sales Recruitment Consultant, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates. You will also have a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas, with a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
Responsibilities
This role involves the following key responsibilities:
- Sourcing and screening candidates for our staffing division
- Developing new client partnerships and increasing market share
- Increasing the number and quality of relationships with our clients
- Building strong relationships with clients and candidates through excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Maintaining a high level of customer service and ensuring client needs are met
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require the following skills and experience:
- 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a recruitment or business development capacity
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and candidates
- A strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas, with a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
