About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Solutions Specialist to join our team at Element Fleet Management. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in helping us deliver exceptional client experiences and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with sales and service teams to retain and expand client business, focusing on the value proposition of Element Fleet Management.
  • Develop and implement targeted accident and risk management policies to ensure desired program outcomes are delivered and optimized.
  • Guide clients in implementing best practices and customized solutions based on their business needs and fleet program requirements.
  • Perform comprehensive reviews of client accident and risk/safety data, providing well-thought-out recommendations to improve program outcomes.
  • Proactively consult with clients to demonstrate the value proposition of Element Fleet Management, including actual cost savings and risk mitigation.
  • Monitor company performance against contracted performance guarantees and escalate issues to required product owners.
  • Act on and escalate Early Warning Systems to minimize the risk of client dissatisfaction or servicing issues.
  • Develop client business review requirements, frequency, and performance standards relative to their business needs and desired outcomes.
  • Participate in projects as needed, based on client initiatives fostered through data analysis.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry changes and build knowledge in fleet trends, safety, insurance, and competitor information to provide consultative reference points for clients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, such as Sales, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience using Excel and data mining software.
