Job Title: Industrial Electrician

New 5 Electrical Inc. is seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician to join our team. As an Industrial Electrician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment in various locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Test and inspect electrical equipment and systems to ensure they are functioning properly
  • Maintain and repair electrical systems, including switchgear, transformers, and switchboards
  • Install and test electrical motors, generators, and alternators
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical control systems and other related devices
  • Interpret electrical code specifications and drawings to determine layout of electrical equipment installations
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in electrical systems maintenance and repair
  • Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in various weather conditions
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Environment:

The Industrial Electrician will work in a fast-paced environment with a large workload and tight deadlines. The position requires standing for extended periods, handling heavy loads, and working in a physically demanding environment.

Language and Work Hours:

The Industrial Electrician will work 35 to 44 hours per week and will be required to travel to various locations. The work language is English.
