Job Title: Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Blackbird Security Inc. As a key member of our human resources department, you will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting job notices, and screening applicants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and develop strategies to meet them
  • Prepare and post job notices and advertisements to attract top talent
  • Screen and evaluate applicants to ensure they meet the requirements of the role
  • Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment
  • Review candidate inventories and make recommendations for hiring
  • Coordinate interviews and notify applicants of the results of the selection process
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organized and reliable with the ability to work independently
  • Team player with a positive attitude
