Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team at SSA Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements and providing assistance and counseling to employees.
Key Responsibilities- Staffing Planning: Identify current and prospective staffing requirements to ensure the company's needs are met.
- Employee Support: Provide assistance and counseling to employees to ensure their needs are met and they are able to perform their duties effectively.
- Recruitment: Prepare and post notices and advertisements to attract top talent, and advise job applicants on employment requirements.
- Candidate Evaluation: Review candidate inventories and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.
- Communication: Notify applicants of selection process results and prepare job offers.
- Policy and Procedure: Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures, and organize staff consultation and grievance procedures.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the employment field.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in LinkedIn.
