Position Overview

As a Recruitment Specialist at SSA Recruitment Ltd, you will play a crucial role in identifying and fulfilling staffing needs within our organization. Your expertise will help us attract and retain top talent, ensuring our team remains strong and effective.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting between 3 months to less than 1 year.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assess current and future staffing needs.
  • Offer guidance and support to employees, including assistance and counseling services.
  • Draft and disseminate job postings and advertisements.
  • Inform candidates about employment prerequisites and conditions.
  • Evaluate candidate pools and inventories.
  • Engage with potential candidates to schedule interviews.
  • Recruit graduates from various educational institutions.
  • Facilitate and take part in selection and assessment panels to evaluate candidates.
  • Communicate selection process outcomes to applicants and prepare job offers.
  • Advise management and staff on recruitment policies and practices.
  • Coordinate staff consultations and grievance procedures.
Technical Proficiency
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
Screening Criteria
  • Availability for the proposed start date.
