About Jatujak Thai Cuisine

We are a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant group seeking an experienced and skilled Chef to join our team at Jatujak Thai Cuisine. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading our culinary operations and ensuring that our dishes are prepared to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement new menu ideas and dishes that showcase our Thai cuisine.
  • Chef Management: Supervise and mentor our kitchen staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our high standards.
  • Inventory Management: Manage our inventory of ingredients and supplies to minimize waste and ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet our menu demands.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that our dishes meet our high standards and that our kitchen is clean and safe.
  • Teamwork: Work closely with our front-of-house team to ensure that our customers receive excellent service and that our restaurant runs smoothly.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience as a chef in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Education: A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Skills: Excellent culinary skills, leadership abilities, and attention to detail.
