As a key member of our financial services department, you will provide expertise in budgeting, purchasing, and accounting services to support the board's financial operations.\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cb\u003E KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\u003C\/b\u003E\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cul\u003E\u003Cli\u003E Assist with preparing the Annual and Revised Budget and implementing budget controls through continuous monitoring and reporting of performance against plans.\u003C\/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003E Assist with the development of the Capital Budget with support from the Plant Department.\u003C\/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003E Assist with the strategic allocation of Priorities and Partnership Funding.\u003C\/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003E Assist with the reporting and recording of Ministry grants through the Grants for Students needs and Transfer Payment Agreements.\u003C\/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003E Supports completion of the annual Financial Statements, including ensuring the external auditor's requests are met.\u003C\/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003E Assist with the reporting and recording of financial transactions of the Catholic Education Foundation.\u003C\/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003E Provides budgeting and invoicing support to the school board system (ex.
