About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at CPR Cell Phone Repair Stines. Authorize Payments and Orders

Authorize payments and orders, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.

Prepare Reports and Analyze Data

Prepare reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Resolve Issues and Provide Excellent Customer Service

Resolve issues and provide excellent customer service, ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their experience.

Requirements
  • Education

College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or supervisory role.

Language

Fluent in English.

Work Environment

Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organized, reliable, team player.
