Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at CPR Cell Phone Repair Stines. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our sales team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our sales goals are met.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities
Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of our sales team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Assign Sales Workers to DutiesAssign sales workers to duties, ensuring that the right person is in the right place at the right time.
Hire and Train StaffHire and train new staff members, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
Authorize Payments and OrdersAuthorize payments and orders, ensuring that our financial transactions are accurate and secure.
Prepare Sales ReportsPrepare sales reports, analyzing sales data and identifying areas for improvement.
Resolve Customer IssuesResolve customer issues, ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their experience.
Requirements- Education
College or CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience.
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or supervisory role.
LanguageEnglish language proficiency.
