About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at CPR Cell Phone Repair Stines. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our sales team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our sales goals are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Sales Team: Lead and motivate our sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Assign Sales Tasks: Assign sales tasks and duties to team members to ensure that all sales goals are met.
  • Hire and Train Sales Staff: Hire and train new sales staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in the role.
  • Authorize Payments: Authorize payments by cheque and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Order Merchandise: Order merchandise and supplies as needed to ensure that our store is well-stocked and that our customers have access to the products they need.
  • Authorize Returns: Authorize returns and exchanges of merchandise to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Establish work schedules for the sales team to ensure that our store is adequately staffed at all times.
  • Sell Merchandise: Sell merchandise to customers and provide excellent customer service to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases.
  • Prepare Sales Reports: Prepare sales reports to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Resolve Customer Issues: Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize Inventory: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that our store is well-stocked and that our customers have access to the products they need.
  • Supervise Office Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our office staff to ensure that our administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sales Team Lead who has a proven track record of success in sales leadership. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to motivate and lead a team to achieve sales targets.

Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales leadership or a related field.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a high level of attention to detail required. You will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods and be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
