Job Title: Domestic Helper

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Domestic Helper at Mirandas House Support Services.

About the Job:

This is a permanent, full-time position that offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a competitive salary. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our premises, as well as providing excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in housekeeping or a related field, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of all areas of the premises, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas;
  • Performing laundry duties, including washing, drying, and ironing;
  • Cleaning and polishing floors, walls, and windows;
  • Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures;
  • Stocking linen closets and restocking cleaning supplies;
  • Assisting with meal preparation and cleanup;
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients and visitors;
  • Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals;
  • Performing other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field;
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, bending, and lifting;
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic;
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Compensation:

The salary for this position is approximately $45,000 per year, based on a 31-40 hour workweek. This is a competitive salary, commensurate with industry standards.
