Kitchen Assistant Position

At Church's Chicken, we are seeking a skilled and diligent individual to join our team as a Kitchen Helper. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen area, ensuring that our food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
Salary InformationThe estimated salary range for this position is $25,000 - $30,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages to ensure that our employees feel valued and supported in their roles.
Key Responsibilities- Cleaning and Sanitizing: Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, equipment, and work areas, adhering to high standards of hygiene and sanitation.
- Food Preparation: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items according to recipes and guidelines, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies, including ingredients, packaging materials, and cleaning products, in designated areas.
- Trash Removal: Remove trash and recyclables from the kitchen area, adhering to company policies and environmental standards.
- Maintenance Tasks: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as sharpening knives, sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors.
- Previous experience in a similar role or industry preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
