Job Title: Healthcare Support Worker

Bridgeway Connection Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team. As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
  • Assist with meal preparation and serving.
  • Transport patients to and from appointments and activities.
  • Collect and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Permanent employment with 35 hours per week.
  • English as the primary language of work.
Work Environment:

This is a physically demanding role that requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Attention to detail is essential in this role.
