Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding clients.
  • Help clients with mobility and transfer activities, such as walking and using the bathroom.
  • Administer medications and perform other medical tasks as required.
  • Document client care and progress in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements:
  • Completion of a recognized healthcare aide program or equivalent experience.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Immunization records and vulnerable sector check.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Certificate and Continuing Care Assistant Certification.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
