Job Title: Healthcare Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Heart2Care Homecare. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality support to our clients, promoting their independence and well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
  • Transport clients to appointments and activities.
  • Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties.
  • Administer medications and provide basic first aid.
  • Document client progress and report any concerns to management.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Certificate.
  • Continuing Care Assistant Certification.
  • First Aid Certificate.
  • CPR Certificate.
  • Health Care Aide Certificate.
