We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Peel Car Sales Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, including opening and distributing mail, scheduling appointments, and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including opening and distributing mail, scheduling appointments, and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages, as well as greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.
  • Office Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory, ensuring that our office is well-stocked and organized.

This is a permanent, full-time position working 30 to 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be fluent in English and have a strong understanding of administrative procedures.
